Position Responsibilities
- Offering exemplary WOW! Customer Service
- Driving the delivery vehicle in order to transport parts to commercial customers, this includes loading and unloading of parts
- Collecting returns, cores, and parts from other nearby stores or external vendors
- Preserving a safe driving and working atmosphere, including utilization of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Assisting in-store DIY customers amidst deliveries
- Adhering to all company rules, procedures, dress code, and instructions from management, incorporating all fleet and safety policies
- Handling all cash and credit transactions in line with company rules
- Continually updating product knowledge and staying informed about current promotions via AutoZone systems and informational resources
Position Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old with a valid driving license in accordance with AutoZone's driver standards
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- The flexibility of work hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities
