We are eager to take on-board a Registered Professional Nurse to join our dynamic team. This professional will assume a multifaceted role that includes assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of each patient assigned to them.
One of the crucial responsibilities in this role revolves around vigilantly observing the patient's progress towards discharge and taking critical decisions during transitions within the patient's acute care stay. The professional is also chiefly responsible for delivering patient care and orchestrating the patient care offered by our caregiving team.
The Nurse will take comprehensive measures to ensure the provision of competent and compassionate patient care to all our clients. They will interact with various groups including referring entities, hospital personnel, and patients in the ambulatory, inpatient, and community settings.
Salary Range: $34.65 - $35.69
