As a Baker in Panera, you'll be tasked with:
- Baking all the fresh bread and pastries needed daily by your café
- Retaining our high standards for flavor and quality using 100% genuine ingredients
- Carrying out stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as required
- Helping to maintain our culture rooted in Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
- Stepping in to back up your manager and team

- Friendly, motivated, hard-working, and eager to grow
- Passionate about baking, whether you're an amateur or a professional (We provide 4 weeks of training)
- Comfortable working both solo and as part of a team
- A self-starter who meets objectives with little supervision

- 18 years old or above
