The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor organization responsible for providing services that enable the management of the data lifecycle. This includes transforming business processes and assisting the organization to migrate to an integrated hybrid architecture that provides efficiency, reliability, and better protection and sharing of information and data. The Systems Integrator is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders in various groups to define, develop, and institutionalize new and improved data lifecycle management services and technical solutions. By taking a total system perspective, the Systems integrator will identify areas impacted by planned and in progress work to improve collaboration, work efficiencies, cost transparencies, and overall process improvements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Translating strategic initiatives and business requirements into functional information technology capabilities
Coordinating application development, integration, and system transition with partners
Facilitating and monitoring the integration, interoperability, and synchronization of the enterprise- wide systems, solutions, and services
Translating technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel
Assisting in the preparation of management plans, reports, and assessing, documenting, and tracking new business requirements
Coordinating project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracing action items for successful completion
Facilitating meetings and information sessions
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
Experience with participating in program/project reviews, including the development of formal project documentation and artifacts
Understanding of information management services
Understanding of the data management lifecycle
Experience with requirements definition and traceability
Experience with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Ability to translate business requirement into technical capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multitask
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience (3 years) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline with a minimum of 16 years' experience
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Active TS/SCI w/poly
BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10
Desired Qualifications:
Cross-domain experience/knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge in enterprise data strategy, data governance practices, data stewardship principles, data architecture principles, data standards, and metadata management best practices
SAFe or Agile certification
PMP certification
Expert knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and programming techniques
