The Scrum Master will support the Sponsor by providing technical integration, agile knowledge, and programmatic support. The Scrum Master will provide the Sponsor technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of components, end-to-end management support of multiple projects and other initiatives. Serve as the release manager to ensure the deployment is coordinated, scheduled, documented with the appropriate stakeholders (e.g., product owner, customer, operations, release team, etc.).
Serve as/coordinate with the deployment of releases to development, demo, and test environments. Plan and coordinate activities such as the delivery and installation of hardware and/or software and ensure installation is scheduled prior to system deployment.
Develop plan(s) to stage the transition of a large customer to the new system(s)/capabilities.
Develop a repeatable process to ensure transition/deployment consistency.
Coordinate and communicate with the customer during transition activities (e.g. schedules, documentation, user guides, release not ices, after-action reports, discrepancies, etc.).
Develop detailed transition schedules and risk mitigations. Assist in the development of documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, administration manuals, etc.
Provide daily status updates, metrics, during the deployment. Accountable for meeting performance criteria and due dates and successful overall project completion.
Prepares deliverables (e.g., status reports, plans, schedules, etc.).
Work closely with the development and operational teams.
Work closely with the development and operational teams to meet objectives to ensure SAFe practices are followed.

Assisting in the preparation of management plans and reports
Ability to design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership.
Position requires a minimum of 10 years' experience with BS/BA in engineering, IT, or computer science (or 6 - 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD), or comparable experience with 3 years of experience with the Sponsor in a mission ops-like environment.
Extensive knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of the requirements tracking tool JIRA and how best to utilize its' functionality in an agile environment.
Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and/or activities.
Demonstrated experience as a systems engineer/integrator providing program and project management support, working with team to maintain programmatic, customer engagement, requirements analysis and decomposition of work.
Working knowledge of mission priorities to proactively manage and deconflict actions and Sprint scope.
Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, sufficient to convey moderately complex ideas and information on technical/administrative mission-related issues in a well-organized, logical, concise, credible, and courteous manner that is appropriate for the situation, topic, and listener.
Analytical skills sufficient to analyze complicated and/or sensitive information to address moderately complex mission-related issues.
