What do you contribute?

  • We supply our international customers with locomotives that comply with country-specific safety requirements and approval regulations. When it comes to requirements management, you are the expert!

  • You are the central interface between customers and the engineering teams with a focus on control technology development (hardware and software).

  • You are responsible for the workflow optimisation of the requirements management and change process in the complete V-model, from the offer phase to acceptance.

  • As the main point of contact, you determine product and project requirements from customer contracts or internal bodies and ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You carry out status analyses on the respective quality gates in the projects and actively implement the requirements management process in close exchange with the respective development teams.

What do you bring along?

  • You have completed a technical master's degree.

  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of system development and requirements management.

  • You are methodically familiar with the definition, validation and verification of requirements in the environment of software and hardware development and have already gained experience in the development and maintenance of workflows, guidelines and the implementation of training courses.

  • You already have knowledge and experience with the requirements engineering tool Polarion (or comparable).

  • You have experience in the engineering of safety-relevant functions, the corresponding evaluation methodology and verification.

  • Ideally, you are familiar with the standards EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, EN50657 in the railway sector or have knowledge of alternative standards from the automotive or industrial plant business.

  • Business fluent knowledge of English completes your profile.
