Description
Full service law firm in Encino seeks Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be joining a robust team of 50 attorneys with subject matter experts spanning multiple practice areas. The Associate Attorney will handle general civil litigation matters including business and employment (defense) litigation matters. The partners are hands on and the work is stimulating.
The billable hours are 1900/year, but the firm is flex--quality is more important than watching the clock for this firm!
Benefits:
Medical 99% paid by employer for employee (employee covers family) dental, vision. Out of pocket $40/mo.
Kicks in 1st day of month after 30 days.
Discretionary Profit Sharing (eligible first day of quarter after 7 months or 1000 hours)

6 days paid sick leave
1-5 years 2 weeks vacation, 5+ years 3 weeks vacation.
Requirements
2+ years of civil litigation experience
ability to work 5 days/week onsite to gain mentorship under the attorneys' direction
ABA-accredited JD
Active bar license
