Come work with a team of Engineering professionals dedicated to excellence at Coffman Engineers\' Atlanta office.We are seeking an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about systems design, values their professional growth, and wants to work with a high-functioning multi-discipline team. Candidates must be well versed in all aspects of electrical power and controls systems design for industrial facilities and have developed construction documents from project conception to completion. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multi-discipline engineering team. We value self-motivated individuals with an enthusiastic mindset, an interest to work on diverse projects, and attention to detail to deliver quality engineering services.QualificationsRequirements Include:B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field4-7 years of experience in electrical design in the AEC industryPE license requiredExperience with commercial power and low voltage systems designExperience with industrial project design is a plusExperience with the National Electrical CodeStrong knowledge of electrical engineering and construction practicesPast experience with a multi-discipline engineering/consulting firmThe desire and motivation to learn the latest technologies and practices to enhance your professional careerMechanical and electrical aptitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently as well as train othersProficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD and/or Revit (preferred)Attention to detail, integrity, and personal pride in a job well doneThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Additional InformationWhy You Want to Work HereYou could choose to work anywhere, so why work at Coffman Engineers?
