HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The AA will be part of a 9-person team supporting 8+ programs with a primary focus on 5 of those programs the AA must be able to work independently
The AA should have excellent customer service and communication skills, administrative experience, and have a level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
The AA will assist with processing cases for the programs, answering phone calls, responding to emails and HR inquiries, reviewing applications for approval, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, recording metrics, identifying areas for improvement within programs and providing possible solutions
The AA will help execute programs' communication plans, attend meetings, and assist other programs by completing necessary tasks and other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The AA is expected to work a 8-hour workday within the core hours of 0700-1700 but there is flexibility within those hours
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
