Engage in the sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Account Managers
Prepare quotes by collaborating with inside technical and administrative support teams
Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing and actioning requests to meet deadlines
Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support Sales team
Create and maintain project files, client records
Prepare reports and documentation (i.e. letters)
General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering/transferring calls, greeting staff and visitors, sort/distribute incoming mail
Other duties as required
College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
0-1 year office administrative experience
0-1 year sales/service sector experience
