Lockheed Martin Environmental Remediation Analyst Sr. in Burbank, California
Description: This Lockheed Martin position is responsible for all phases of a portfolio of remediation projects and coordinating the integration of internal functional organizations (Legal, Finance, Communications, Procurement) and external contractors. The position reports to an Environmental Remediation Senior Manager.

This role requires experience in the field of Environmental Remediation and some knowledge of environmental regulations (i.e., Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and Clean Water Act (CWA). This position will manage multi-media environmental subsurface investigations and remediation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective project leadership, managing regulatory requirements, contract management, technical project management, budget forecasting and liability forecasting.
The role will also actively support the preparation of Request for Proposal / Scope of Work documents for the remediation program.
The role will also support the remediation program with coordination of quarterly program reviews and remediation tours for executive management.
Other responsibilities may be assigned to this role to support the organization. This is a dynamic, fast-paced business environment where the ability to effectively manage competing, multiple deadlines and priorities is expected to deliver results.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-media environmental subsurface investigations and remediation projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High potential, high performing individual
- Experience with or knowledge of chemistry
- Computer and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (depending on office location)
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects (meet project budget, schedule, and technical milestones)
- Demonstrated experience implementing Health and Safety programs
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (i.e., CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and CWA)
- Ability to deal with conflict and rapidly changing needs
- Ability to contribute to a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Process improvement expertise
- Experience writing Requests for Proposal, Scopes of Works, and Proposals

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $89,600 - $171,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
