ITDA – Enterprise IT Transition Services is currently looking for Experienced Product Specialist - Demand Management to join their team in Bangalore, India. A successful candidate will have the Process & Product centric mindset, driving the collaboration and change agent culture as these positions will focus on working directly internal stakeholders & vendor, to meeting their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities :

• Leads the implementation of Demand Management Best Practices. Includes developing and executing integrated process, policies, and procedures from a Release management and portfolio management perspective; identification of risks, issues, and opportunities and mitigation.

• Proactively communicates with peers and partners throughout Boeing, including supplier partners. Keeps others informed by communicating project status, conducting and participating in team meetings, providing presentations and listening to others concerns and suggestions.

• Establish partnerships and engage with internal and external stakeholders, maintain relationships/partnerships with internal/external customers, peers and partners to develop strategies, goals and objectives that are consistent with organization strategy and drive business solutions.

• Identify & drive process\product improvement opportunities. Involve in performance effective governance of Vendor.

• Collaborate with other product stakeholders in identifying automation opportunities and the automation ideas towards implementation.

• Evaluate and process statement of work that support IT&DA’s Infrastructure and Operations Products.

• Responsible for clearly defining product backlog for Demand Mgmt and GSEP Release Composition Module.

• Coordinate with other Delivery Services Products to support Demand Management implementation.

• Responsible for prioritization of Delivery Services backlog to optimize the value of the work to be performed.

• Ensure sprint objectives are met by using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to help the Delivery Services team to shift from a traditional to the SAFe methodology and mindset.

• Prioritize the onboarding services. Update required documents as needed (i.e. Product Plate, Roadmap, etc) Submit risks and opportunities as needed Contribute to: Product level strategy, Drive adoption to ensure adherence to standard IT processes, Mature configured processes, and documentation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 7 to 10 years of Process\framework design, implementation & consulting experience.

• 5 to 7 Years of professional project management experience

• Solid hands-on experience ADO (AzureDevOps) Experience

• Experience with both Agile and Scaled Agile development methodologies.

• GSEP or ServiceNow module knowledge

• SAFe knowledge is must.

• Experience in handling vendors\suppliers.

• Familiarity with general systems architecture.

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Product Management Knowledge\ Product mindset is preferred.

• Previous project management experience with a multi-tiered application structure is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher

Typical Education & Experience:

•Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum of 8 years and maximum of 12 years of related work experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater in a scientific or Information Technology field of study.
