In this role, you have the opportunity to be

A key member at the team which is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of Philips. This can involve intelligence gathering and analysis, definition of SECURITY controls and measures, detection and mitigation of vulnerabilities or incident response, investigation and remediation

You are responsible for

  • Translate Data Protection Strategic Roadmap into tangible initiatives with support of internal and external partners and suppliers

  • Drive changes within Philips to implement our Data Protection Strategy. Drive changes to conclusion within time, budget, and scope

  • Work closely with the Architect team to create and maintain architectural building blocks within Data Protection Domain:

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements

  • Translate into functional and technical requirements and workflows

  • Select, configure, and deploy products delivering these requirements

  • Work closely with IT and other partners as a subject matter expert. You drive implementation initiatives, operational changes, and manage existing services

  • Keep up to date with new developments on the market and with existing vendors to fi nd and assess new capabilities that will advance our Data Protection Roadmap

  • Manage stakeholder expectations of Data Protection initiatives, develop communication plans, produce status reports and other similar artifacts

  • Provide oversight and service delivery for services within Data Protection Domain with support of internal and external partners and suppliers

  • Be responsible for accurate reporting on the services

  • Work closely with IT and associated partners and be key part of Data Protection strategy development and deployment lifecycle

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • CISA/CISSP or other Information Security certifications is an advantage

  • At least 10 years of recent experience focusing on IT security

  • Min 5 years experience in Information Security

  • Familiarity with risk and security practices including data protection laws and standards

  • Effective communication with diverse groups and internal clients

  • Great in verbal, presentation, and written skills

  • familiar with Microsoft E5 is plus
