This is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience within a dynamic and fast-paced FP&A organization, owning significant model assumptions, and providing critical decision support to leaders across the organization. The role is within the corporate finance team focusing on balance sheet and cashflow forecast. It reports to sr. corporate finance manager.What You\'ll Do:* Establish monthly balance sheet and cashflow statement forecast, areas of focus will include but are not limited to Prepaid, Accrued Expense, Payroll, Interest Income and Leases.* Deliver the variance analysis, including actual vs. forecast and current forecast vs. prior forecast.* Prepare weekly cash forecast, mainly focus on AP and Payroll forecast update.* Work cross functionally with operation forecast team, accounting, procurement, data analytics, treasury, and technical accounting team to ensure the reporting and forecast accuracy.* Leverage system capabilities like Adaptive where possible for forecasting and reporting* Seek opportunities to continually improve forecast modeling and processes.* Special Projects - ad hoc analyses to support informed decision-making.What You\'ll Need:* Education - bachelor\'s degree in accounting/Finance or business-related majors* Accounting/Finance experience - 3 to 5 years\' experience in Accounting/Finance area, including financial modeling and variance analysis between forecast and actual.* Accounting/Finance Knowledge - you have a thorough understanding of accounting/finance concepts, especially balance sheet and statement of cashflow.* Strong experience with budgeting and forecasting tools, familiarity with NetSuite/Adaptive a plus* Advanced Excel Skills - you can handle complex data.* Attention to Detail - you display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in your work.* Excellent Communication Skills - you possess the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.* Experience dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.* Other - demonstrated experience or interest related to cybersecurity and/or SaaS.* Bias Toward Action - you are a self-starter who is comfortable advancing the ball with minimal direction or oversight; you are flexible and interested in learning. #LI-Remote#LI-MJBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:* Remote-first culture* Market leader in compensation and equity awards* Competitive vacation and flexible working arrangements * Comprehensive and inclusive health benefits* Physical and mental wellness programs* Paid parental leave, including adoption * A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunities* Offices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belon ing where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
