The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in designing and developing solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.Peraton is seeking a dynamic Network Monitoring Technician (Night shift - 3:30 pm - 12:00 am).What you\'ll do:Perform systems management and integration functions. Experience and knowledge of UCCE (Linux).May analyze or recommend commercially available software.Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to develop compelling value for both Peratonand our client.Provide Tier-3 support for the Finesse applicationProvide Tier-3 level support for custom gadgetsAddress Finesse application configuration issuesDeploy and install patches/fixes related to custom GadgetsDeploy and install new gadgetsEscalate to Cisco Finesse solution out-of-the-box problemsConfigure Finesse version upgradesSubmits change control requests for deploying gadget fixes and changesCisco Telephony software knowledge( Cisco Call Manager/ICM, Finesse ...etc)Call Center Analyst skillsGood Troubleshooting skillsProvisioning UCCE accountsTelecom skills- Troubleshooting issues such as drop calls within the Call manager and CCSD environmentNight shift required - 3:30 pm - 12:00 amQualificationsBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma and 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a technical position working with Cisco UCCE software solutionsMinimum of 2 years of experience working with the software development life cycle on information and communication technology projectsMinimum of 2 years of Agile Project Management experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearanceMust be a US CitizenPreferred Qualifications:Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skillsAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skillsMust be able to think strategically, act tactically and deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, must be able to handle multiple tasks ina fast paced environmentMust be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, to include senior management and operations personnelBenefits:At Peraton, our benefits are designed to help keep you at your best beyond the work you do with us daily.
