Matrix Providers seeks a highly analytical, detail-focused, and driven Marketing Research Analyst to join and support our Business Development team. The Research Analyst will conduct comprehensive research within the healthcare sector and analyze wage and market trends to support the production of final proposals. This remote position will be performed outside the candidate\'s home office. Individuals must have the discipline to work in this work environment and always be reliable and readily available throughout the workday. * Employment Status: Full-time * Schedule: This is a remote role with some flexibility in hours is allowed, but employees must be available during \"core\" work hours * Benefits: Competitive financial package with a comprehensive insurance package including health, dental, vision, and life coverage. * Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Holidays (Outlined in Handbook) * 401(k) Plan Requirements: The Marketing Research Analyst must have and meet the following: * Bachelor\'s degree plus 2 years experience with Federal Government proposal development, finance, contracting, project management, and/or compensation analysis. * Proven ability to think strategically with the ultimate result of improving business development and proposal outcomes. * Working acknowledgment of Federal Government business development processes is preferred. * Understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) for obtaining wage determination (WD\'s) for official contract actions preferred. * Highly motivated, able to meet tight deadlines, prioritize efforts and work well under pressure. * Flexibility the ability to adapt to changing needs of the organization. * Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word. * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Self-starter with a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, including some nights and weekends. * Top-notch communication skills (oral and written), ability to work in a team environment, and drive inter-departmental cooperation and solutions. Job Summary: * Analyze data, trends, strategies, and competition to stay competitive in the healthcare market. * Analyze supply and demand models within the healthcare market. * Conduct salary research, employment, and wage estimates utilizing various commercial and government resources within the healthcare market. * Analyze pricing data from industry standards and competitor research and makes recommendations related to research findings. * Develop an understanding of emerging wage trends and market activity within the healthcare market. * Creatively utilizes all available data to develop competitive intelligence and build competitive analysis to identify and set price-to-win targets in coordination with the BD team. * Prepare and present detailed market research briefings, including pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, pricing strategies, research, and other key research metrics. * Coordinate and work directly with internal departments for wage and market research tasks to assist with pricing knowledge for current and future contract awards. * Track and review incoming Business Development opportunities daily, support decision conversation, and assist with analyzing proposal development and progress. * Analyze and understand proposal requirements. Reviews addendums and modifications of price information, job description qualifications, and contract requirements. * Support the Pricing Team with all proposal components, including Technical/Price/Past Performance. * Create, maintain, and update internal spreadsheets to compile reports, charts, and graphs bi-weekly for Leadership. * Respond to and manage any pre-bid and post-bid revisions and edits as required. * System updates to document notification and outcomes for reporting purposes. * Work w
